The Sommelier's opinion
Built in the 18th century, the Château du Pavillon dominates from its height the Sainte-Croix du Mont vineyard and the green banks of the Garonne.
This rosé wine comes exclusively from a small plot of selected old Merlots and Cabernets.
Expert work is carried out in the cellar to obtain a rosé with great clarity of color and aromatic richness so particular to Bordeaux for your greatest pleasure.
