Château Bouchoc

Founded in the 19th century, Château Bouchoc is a 14-hectare estate at the entrance to the village of Sainte-Croix du Mont.

The white vineyard, which occupies nearly 4 hectares, is planted on a pretty hillside of fossil oyster scree so characteristic of the sweet wine appellation of the eponymous village.

The reds are on plateaus overlooking the green banks of the Garonne.

For the whites, the grape varieties are 50% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon and 25% Sauvignon Gris. The reds are planted with 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

The estate is currently leased to the Olivier Fleury Vineyards company and the aging, bottling and marketing have been handled by our company since the 2022 vintage.
