Enclosure of Servitudes
Clos des Servitudes is a plot of vines planted 100% with Merlot grapes.
Facing due south, this confidential vineyard is an exception in the Bordeaux region.
Located in the commune of Sainte-Croix du Mont, opposite Sauternes, it draws its energy from a steep hillside, dominated by limestone.
This terroir benefits from the heat stored by fossil oyster beds, the most unique geological feature of the Bordeaux vineyard.
The wine produced there combines, with distinction, a mineral character with the subtlety of the aromas brought to it by the sunshine of its exposure.
It is a unique wine produced there by the Société des Vignobles Olivier Fleury.
