Bertranon Castle

In 2025, we took over the lease of Château Bertranon, adjacent to Château du Pavillon.

This 32-hectare estate, including 12 hectares of red and white vines in Sainte-Croix du Mont and Loupiac, enhances the ensemble formed with the Pavilion, but also creates an exceptional cultural unit.

Château Bertranon dates back to 1727 and, like Château du Pavillon, was built by the famous architect Laclotte.

Unfortunately, it has been abandoned in recent years and deserves significant restoration. A conservation association has been created to save what can be saved today, given the condition in which it is now owned by a Chinese holding company.

Events are planned to revive the place and create an associative dynamic for this historic monument listed as being in danger.

The vineyard is, however, in very good condition and we will soon have the pleasure of offering you red, rosé, dry and sweet white wines from this sublime estate, with the 2025 harvest.
