The Sommelier's opinion
Undosed, with no added sugar, this White Extra Brut was produced using the Traditional Champagne Method for more than a year in underground cellars protected from light and at a constant temperature of 11 degrees. Composed of Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle facing south, it offers bubbles of great finesse and an elegant and fruity palate.
