The Sommelier's opinion
Built in the 18th century, the Château du Pavillon dominates from its height the vineyards of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont and the green banks of the Garonne.
This sweet white wine has a beautiful golden color, an apricot, honey and citrus nose and an elegant palate with beautiful candied fruit.
We note a certain freshness on the finish and a very nice length.
