Built in the 18th century, the Château du Pavillon dominates from its height the Sainte-Croix du Mont vineyard and the green banks of the Garonne.
Its red vineyard, planted with 8% old Merlot vines, allows the production of a supple, fruit-aging wine with fine tannins.
