The Sommelier's opinion
Built in the 18th century, the Château du Pavillon dominates from its height the Sainte-Croix du Mont vineyard and the green banks of the Garonne. This dry white wine was produced on selected plots at the bottom of the slopes where the harvest can only be done manually to optimize quality. A strict selection is made in the cellar, which allows us to obtain a white wine with a liveliness and fruitiness that is quite rare in this region of great sweet wines. Confidential production.
